Custom Tool and Die

Our engineers take a hands-on approach, bringing them closer to quality certification standards and improving the efficiency of the project overall. We take our experience working with AutoCAD in 2-D modeling to project sites, allowing us to create custom tools that shorten lead times and deliver exactly what the project requires.
In-House Mixing and Large Quantities
Elbex prides itself on being able to take on projects of a large scale. we have the ability to turn out quantities of product to meet the expectations of big projects. These mass quantities begin small samples to give your team the chance to ensure absolute quality and that every detail has met the necessary specifications. Then, our in-house mixing allows us to reproduce custom compounds of rubber and silicone materials that will also meet those expectations. This scalable in-house process allows us to even produce silicone sheeting in custom colors for specific applications.
Post Production Services
The final aspect of the Elbex way that sets us apart is our post-production services. Elbex provides a complete, custom experience from design to packaging. Other services we offer our clients to ensure they have everything they need include punched products from a third-party vendor, labeling, custom printing, cutting and splicing as well as tape and adhesive backings.
